In August of 1991, the Baker University School of Nursing was established in the Pozez Education Center at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center in Topeka, Kansas. Baker University is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools in Kansas State Board of Education, the BSN program is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education and the Kansas State Board of Nursing. It provides much needed nursing education to the students.
